The word, "serenade," is defined as an intermediate musical composition between the suite and symphony. From the
word serene, Serenade is set to be the calm, peaceful exchange of thoughts, perceptions, ideas, and information that citizens
create. Serenade is designed to be the intermediary space, the holding tank between imagination and realization, idea and
completion. "Who is a citizen? What defines a citizen? What are a citizen's duties to his or her respective country?
How shall we rule? How shall we be ruled?" These are questions that have been plaguing man since time began - how to
live in families, clans, tribes, city-states, colonies.... These questions are the same in today's society, yet fewer of
us are asking, or even questioning the validity of the questions. Let us begin now!

Serenade
is an education active group NOT a political group. Serenade does not have any affiliation with any political party, or political
viewpoint.
Serenade will hold on-going meetings as much as possible at libraries. Due to early closures, it may not
always be possible. Serenade is focused on making libraries the NUMBER ONE place for citizens to congregate. The immediate
way step you can take is to check out books as it is YOUR VOTE of what materials are purchased with your library card. Then
support your local library financially so that library hours can be extended. So close the library - so close the voice of
freedom and choice.
